Switching Off: Leaving Work at Work
A Six-Week Exploration of Work, Responsibility, and Recovery
Explore the patterns that may keep people mentally engaged with work after their responsibilities have ended.
The program can examine habitual worrying, the need to remain prepared, beliefs about productivity and self-worth, responsibility, boundaries, and developing more helpful associations with rest and recovery.
Participants have opportunities to develop, practise, and refine personal techniques for transitioning from work into personal time.
